Aeblerov - Arome Rouge / Forbidden Fruits 2019

Arôme Rouge ‘19 is made from Rød Aroma apples from Lystgården on Funen, with a maceration of organic, Sønderjyske blueberries. A small amount of Danish grapes and aronia berries were mixed in as well. The expression is wildly juicy, with intense notes of pickled blueberries, spicy beets, slight tannins & balanced acidity. Disgorged.

Ingredients: Organic apples (Red Aroma), organic blueberries, organic aronia berries, grapes (Rondo).
