This bottle is a wild-fermented cider made from a wide selection of the best Danish, organic apples - nothing else! That's why we call it wild cider. By the way, a good portion of love from Maren and Mikael at Lærkehøj, who have looked after and nurtured the fruit all the way up into Champions League. Enjoyed chilled - and in copious amounts.
