Rosa Himmel — Sparkling fruit wine made of Swedish apples from old orchards, macerated for one week with wild Swedish blueberries and aronia berries, aka chokeberries.

Opens with a light brett character backed by heaps of blueberries and other dark berry notes. Fruity and very fresh with a crisp acidity followed by a bitterness that just leaves you wanting more. Reminiscent of a Gamay, Poulsard or light Pinot Noir.
