The Cider "Sándor 2019" from Weingut Schmitt consists of different apple varieties. After harvesting and pressing the must aged 3 month in tanks. Neither dossage nor sulfur was added. The Sándor sparkling apple wine by Bianka and Daniel Schmitt is golden yellow in the glass and has a fine mousseux. It smells of apple and plenty of herbs. On the palate it is dry + sour with a rich apple pie + yeasty-buttery crust mouthful. Really good for warmer days as an aperitif before the barbecue or for a picnic.
