Mr. Plumbastic is a dry apple cider macerated 2 months with Opal plums.

Garden apples from Fyn and wild plums from Lilleø come together in a wild fermented cider high on volatile acid, aromatic plum and marzipan. Bottled in the autumn 2019, second fermentation on the bottle.

A fresh, sparkling and unfiltered cider that pairs well with pork belly, bisque or oysters.
