Jesus Grab the Wheel (Slosé) — Lightly effervescent fruit wine made of Swedish apples (Katja, Discovery, Lobo, Rubinola) from around Stockholm, foraged wild apples and wild sloes foraged just meters from our cidery. The apples are macerated for 24 hours with a wet maceration of sloes for 2 months.

Deep plum-like flavor, think Umeshu (Japanese plum wine) but with zero sugar. Juicy but not crazy. Very focused. Nearly still, very light bubbles.
