Lust no. 01-2022 with aronia and quince
Fruit wine made from organic local apples, quince and aronia. Partly fermented in tanks, partly in barrels. Funky cider with notes of citrus and flowers. Harvest of 2021 and 2022, batch no. 01-2022.
