Fruktstereo - Cider Stardust 2020

Sparkling fruit wine (pét-nat) / cider made of 80% apple (Gloster, Cox and Aroma), 15% pear (Concorde), 5% honey

FRUIT: 30% Haväng – right by the Baltic Sea on the east coast of Skåne.

Free-standing apple and plum trees first planted in the 1940s. 70% surplus fruit from local farmers in Österlen. Honey – Lillgården in Höör. Fermented with indigenous yeast partly in amphora.

Unfiltered and without additives. Cox and Gloster apples were skin-macerated for 3 weeks and the honey and Aroma were co-fermented.

Store upright, dark and cold. Open and serve chilled - otherwise bubbles may be overly energetic. Contains sulphites & natural sediments.
