Fruktstereo - Daft Frukt 2020

Sparkling fruit wine (pét-nat) made of 50% apples, 40% pears, 8% solaris grapes and 2% quince.

FRUIT: In “Daft Frukt” we blend a little bit from almost every cuvée we make during a vintage – that’s our “house blend“. It is then fermented all together, aged with heavy lees and bottled last of all each year.

A few of the tanks develop a type of “flor” cover during fermentation and aging. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Unfiltered and without additives.

Store upright, dark and cold. Open and serve chilled - otherwise bubbles may be overly energetic. Contains sulphites & natural sediments.
