Sparkling fruit wine (pét-nat) made of 60% apples, 25% pears, 5% honey, 5% carrots, 5% sea buckthorn

FRUIT: Apples & pears: Axelstorp – northwest Skåne. Carrots: Nyplings – Gotland. Honey: Lillgården – Höör. Sea buckthorn – foraged in Malmö. Carrots have been fermented with apples and aged one year. The honey and apples have fermented with indigenous yeast and skin-macerated with whole sea buckthorn berries for about 2 months.

Unfiltered and without additives. Store upright, dark and cold. Open and serve chilled - otherwise bubbles may be overly energetic.
