Æblerov - Rainbow Child‘19

Rainbow Child is a hop-focused version of the FORBIDDEN FRUITS series. This year, Rainbow Child is produced on a base of organic Holsteiner Cox apples mixed with two types of pear, then fermented with dry & citra hops before bottling. The expression is wild, funky and tropical, overripe fruit, supported by spicy notes of wood. Disgorged. 

Ingredients: Organic pears (Men's pear & Anna), organic apples (Holsteiner Cox), hops (Citra).
