BOUCHE is a young kombucha brewery, created in the studios of our artists’ collective in Berlin. The project started as a friendly collaboration but soon grew into a craft production company. Today, we are proud to share this passion from our brewery in Marzahn. In developing our artisanal, fermented beverages, we place particular emphasis on creating unique aromatic diversity by designing complex flavor profiles. With every sip, one can taste the subtle interaction between tea, bacterial cultures and yeasts. Throughout the brewing process, we focus on exploring original approaches to flavor by experimenting with different yeast and hop varieties in combination with carefully selected ingredients. We do not add industrially produced concentrates to BOUCHE, rather, we develop our own starter cultures and authentic flavours along with our own innovative brewing techniques.
