One Man Show — Still cider made of 100% Swedish Gravenstein apples from an old orchard just outside of Stockholm. Pressed after three days of maceration to preserve the freshness of the varietal while still providing some structure.

Super light and refreshing with a noticeable salinity. An oyster cider, no doubt, but will pair well with lighter dishes; white fish, sea food, asparagus, eggs, fish roe, young vegetables.
