Rosa Himmel — Sparkling fruit wine made of Swedish apples from old orchards, macerated for four months with wild Swedish blueberries and aronia berries, aka chokeberries.

Opens up to heaps of blueberries and other dark berry notes. Fruity and very fresh with a crisp acidity followed by a bitterness that just leaves you wanting more. Reminiscent of a Gamay, Poulsard or light Pinot Noir.
