Wild and juicy Cider Pét-Nat with an intense tangy expression of bergamot and pineapple that finishes with notes of bitter licorice. Two months of maceration with the apple peel/pomace.

This sparkling organic cider is made from the eating apple varieties Rød Aroma and Topaz from the orchards Lystgården and Ådalen on the island Fyn (Funen). It went through 2 months of maceration with the apple pomace. As a pétillant naturel (pét-nat) it was bottled during first fermentation, just before Christmas 2019, to finish it’s fermentation under the capsule. Disgorged during spring 2020.
