ÆBLEROV - Pêchillant ‘19

Pêchillant ‘19 is produced on a base of Red Aroma apples, mixed with used red peaches from Mikkeller Baghaven on Refshaleøen. With the second maceration on the red peaches, the goal was to show the full taste potential of the fruit. The taste is dominated by boiled strawberries, peaches and stone fruit - very lambic, but kept in check by a delicate bitterness. Disgorged. 

Ingredients: Organic apples (Red Aroma), red peaches, beer, brewer's yeast.
