Fruktstereo - Britney´s Pears 2020

Sparkling fruit wine (pét-nat) / cider made of 80% pears (Alexander Lukas 40% and Concorde 40%) and 20% apple (Gloster).

FRUIT: Surplus fruit from local growers in Båstad and Arkelstorp, northern Skåne. Fermented with indigenous yeast.

Unfiltered and without additives. Store upright, dark and cold. Open and serve chilled - otherwise bubbles may be overly energetic.
