Origin: An abandoned orchard in Dalby outside of
Malmö, abandoned for around 25 years.
Pre-maceration: 24 hours
Yeast: Spontaneous fermentation

FRUKTSTEREO’s Narnia is this abandoned orchard in Dalby. Its 2000 trees planted in the
1950 ́s by a professor at the agricultural university have been left to care for them
self’s for about 25 years. Now starting to form beautiful apple tunnels and a magic
place that can be best described as fairytale like. A truly unique terroir!
