At Drudgaard we make natural wine and wild cider. We are the third generation on the farm - the first generation as winegrowers - located in Ebberup on West Funen. We use no chemistry in either fields or wine, and therefore we work closely with nature to create the optimal conditions for both vines, insect life and plant diversity.
